Design and build of progressive dies, line dies, transfer dies, prototypes and fixures. In-house tryout capabilities under full manufacturing conditions up to 1100 tons, 169"x84" die and 66" width material. Crossfunctional design review teams are utilized to produce the most effective and efficient designs. All dies are 100% detailed for cost-effective and convienient maintenance, repair, and replacement. Die sections are built precisely to math data through utilization of CNC processes.
